This beauty has a Pure Evil cigar box as the body, an oak neck with an oak fretboard. The fret markers are aluminum. The bridge is clear acrylic with a brass bar on the top. The pickup is a dual rail humbucker pickup. There is a volume control and a tone control that is also a coil splitting switch. You can change from a humbucker to a single coil, simply by pulling up the tone knob. The tail piece is hand crafted from some reclaimed aluminum and shaped to resemble a razor blade.

This is a hand built 3 string Cigar Box Guitar. It has a 23 inch scale and is tuned to open G tuning, Gdg. It has a Dual Rail Humbucker Pickup in the neck position, handmade bridge and a hinge tailpiece. The base of the bridge, as well as the fret markers are meranti wood, and the rod is brass. The neck is Poplar, featuring a scarf joint headstock, and 23 medium/medium frets. This guitar has closed back tuners and a zero fret with string guide. This guitar has a back angle. The angle between the neck and body is small but adds some distance between the strings and the face of the guitar. The box, a Rocky Patel, is 1 7/8” thick, so it is a slimline. The body is 8 1/8” x 8 1/4”.
